Right of withdrawal
Goods purchased on the website come with a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can email kundeservice@dr-clauder.dk or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without also notifying us.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You bear the cost of the return yourself and are liable for any damage that occurs in transit.

If you refuse to accept the parcel
You are welcome to refuse the parcel or not collect it before the end of the carrier's holding period, which is 14 days from dispatch – just let us know. Please note, however, that in that case we will deduct the actual return costs. We therefore recommend that you accept the parcel and return it yourself.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply go to the shop and buy the item you would like instead.
Then simply send the original item back to us unused.
As soon as the item is back in our warehouse, the money will be refunded to your account.
That way you don't have to wait for your new item, and your receipt always matches.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following agreements:
Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
We do not give refunds for veterinary medicinal products. Under section 12 of the Danish Executive Order on the sale of certain iron and vitamin preparations and certain antiparasitic veterinary medicinal products outside pharmacies, veterinary medicinal products returned by another customer may not be sold. We therefore regard a returned veterinary medicinal product as having lost 100% of its value from the moment you receive it.
Please observe the following when returning goods:
- The item must be sent directly to our address with door-to-door delivery. Parcels sent to parcel shops or post offices will not be collected and will therefore be returned to you.
- Please do NOT send the item with DAO if it is too large for a letterbox!
- Enclose your invoice with the item.
- Please include a clear explanation of the reason for the return.

Condition of goods on return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it will be regarded as used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a smaller part of the purchase price back. In certain cases, this may mean that you can get the shipping costs back. It is up to Claus to assess the condition of the item.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may reduce the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase price
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

Right to claim for defects
Products come with a 2-year right to claim for defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers all defects in software, materials and manufacturing. If your claim is justified, you can – depending on the specific situation – have the item repaired or replaced, get your money back or receive a price reduction.
Claims regarding faults and defects must be notified to Claus within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Two months is considered a reasonable time. If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Claims are not accepted if sent cash on delivery.
